We hope to offer an Absolute Beginner’s class from second term, depending on demand.
It would be sequential, so students need to enrol at the start of the course.
Classes are run by our wonderful tutors:
Dr Alastair Hurst (Saturday classes)
Min Myers (Wednesday classes)
Classes are conducted on Wednesday evenings (for near beginners) and Saturday mornings (continuing beginners and advanced).
Classes are conducted at the Wendouree Community Centre, in the Banksia Room.
This centre is located at 12 Holly Grove, Wendouree 3355. There is ample parking.
Wednesday sessions are held at 5:45 - 7:15 pm
Saturday sessions are held from: 9:30 - 10:30 am (advanced classes)
10:45 am - 12:15 pm (continuing beginners)
Classes can only be offered depending on reaching minimum numbers. All students may be required to purchase a text book.
Class fees: Fees are approximately $25 per hour. We can only accept students over 18.
This course will hopefully be run from second term and is intended for those with no knowledge of French. As it will be a sequential course, it is necessary to enrol at the start of the course.
This course is designed for those with at least a year of French study.
This course is for those who have some basic knowledge of the French language and have completed at least two years of study.
This course is for those continuing to expand their knowledge of French. You need a good knowledge of the basics of the French language and an ability to contribute to the class in French.
